1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "alay4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the alay4d online betting and casino platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses the alay4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Player on alay4d, which allows access to betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Services" refers to all products, features, and activities available on alay4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery games), and any future additions.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a Player into their alay4d Account using approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of Account funds from alay4d back to a Player's designated payment account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives provided by alay4d to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by alay4d to comply with international anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use alay4d Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. alay4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid age verification documents may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

alay4d Services are intended for Players residing in Indonesia. By using our platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. alay4d does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal or where we do not hold necessary operating permissions.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with alay4d. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, address, email, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in closure of all associated accounts, cancellation of bets, and forfeiture of funds including winnings.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from using alay4d Services:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Employees of alay4d and their immediate family members
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from alay4d or other gambling platforms
• Individuals using the platform on behalf of third parties (accounts are non-transferable)

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use alay4d Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

alay4d is required to verify the identity of all Players to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention standards. You must provide valid identification documents when requested, including but not limited to:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by alay4d may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. alay4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify alay4d customer support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

alay4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward staff, or failure to complete identity verification. In cases of permanent closure, any remaining Account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you following completion of all pending investigations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

alay4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts. Deposit processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 2-10 minutes.

4.2 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments made by another person on your behalf) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds. alay4d does not accept cash deposits, checks, or money orders.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified alternative account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-30 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours are processed on the next business day. alay4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled
• Deposited funds must have been wagered at least one time (1x turnover) to comply with AML regulations
• No pending disputes or investigations on your Account

4.5 Fees and Charges

alay4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose transaction fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a currency other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

alay4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiration periods. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page at the time the offer is claimed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 5,000,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are specified in each bonus's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

alay4d operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other Players to guarantee profit, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions, or any other activity deemed by alay4d to be contrary to the spirit of fair play. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.

5.4 Bonus Forfeiture

alay4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings at any time if we determine that the bonus was obtained or used in violation of these Terms, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on alay4d are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds display, match information, or result), alay4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

6.2 Sports Betting Markets

alay4d offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting on a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, and more. 6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games (live dealer tables, video slots, table games) on alay4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly. 6.4 Togel (Lottery) Rules

alay4d offers togel (traditional Indonesian lottery) markets including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau. Draw results are based on official lottery pool outcomes published by the respective lottery authorities. Bet types include 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Tengah Tepi, and Shio. All bets must be placed before the published draw cutoff time. Late bets are automatically void and refunded.

6.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on alay4d:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Betting with insider knowledge or non-public information
• Engaging in arbitrage betting (betting on all possible outcomes to guarantee profit)
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other Players or alay4d staff

Violation of these rules may result in bet cancellation, account closure, and forfeiture of funds.

alay4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing gambling-related harm. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

alay4d strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, network issues, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of service disruption, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded at alay4d's sole discretion.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

alay4d Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use alay4d at your own risk.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless alay4d, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall alay4d's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of Services exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you following completion of any pending transactions and verification procedures. 9.2 Termination by alay4d

alay4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or conducted yourself in a manner detrimental to alay4d or other Players. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activity) will be returned to you.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. alay4d may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. To prevent dormancy fees, simply log in to your Account at least once every 12 months. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which alay4d is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of alay4d Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably within 14 business days. 10.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process may be submitted to binding arbitration. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
